Refund & Shipping Policy
We use the United States Postal Service, with Priority Shipping. Once the order leaves our facility, any delays from the expected delivery time due to weather, holidays, or uncontrollable conditions are out of our hands. If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we take no responsibility. If one of these scenarios occurs with your package, we will deal with that problem on an individual basis, but DO NOT guarantee that we will be able to reimburse or refund you. If a package arrives late or damaged, please immediately take clear pictures and send them to our email email@example.com the same day you receive your box and we will try our best to remedy the situation.
